Absolutely horrible. My 80-year-old mother called for help and they did a good job fixing her faucet however she is on a fixed income and asked before it was done how much it was going to cost. She was told they would send an invoice and it wouldn't be that much because it was under an hour. She received an invoice for $200. They need to not take advantage of seniors
